I found these curtains to be of a good quality and no bad odor. My issue is that the pleats were not crisp so the curtains widen at the bottom. The company say they use a technique that keeps the pleats intact but not the case with my curtains. I hope to have them give me advice on how to restore the pleats. I've also inquired about getting matching tie backs which may help the curtains to hang straight and hold the pleats in place.These are the most gorgeous curtains you will ever buy. I ought Pottery Barn to compare and Two Pages beat them both in quality and price. My friends think I paid designer prices for them. In fact I have a lovely , young woman who lives across the street who is starting her own interior design business and after seeing my curtains she is going to be promoting her clients to use Two Pages. The customer service is beyond excellent!!! They went above and beyond in their professionalism!!!Okay. Color matches as expected which was my greatest concern. Of two sets (four panels) I found one with pleat not fully down which is a qusly issue.Clips are plastic which is just ridiculous. There is just not reason for the good of the Earth and longevity they can't be steel.If you can't find a better choice you'll be okay here. But for those two reasons I'd only buy from this company if you can't find what you want elsewhere.These drapes were all the others reviews stated. If you hang them on loops they look custom. The adjustable hooks they come with are genius, not sure I would ever use metal ones again. They are not lined, but the material is thick enough to get away with it. I did end up ironing them because I wasn’t sure if the wrinkles would come out. I also ordered weights for the bottom to give them a straighter more custom look. If you are contemplating these, definitely get them. I got the Creamy White color and it was just the perfect color to lighten up our family room.I am obsessed with two pages! They ship fast have amazing customer service and the drapes arrived ready to be hung. I didn’t even have to steam/iron. I highly recommendThese curtains look very high end. Love the colorI highly recommend these curtains - the pleated top gives such a custom look. They have good weight to them, not flimsy at all. The texture is like a thick linen. The long clips to attach to drapery rings allowed me to shorten the length by 3”, really great idea! The white is a very crisp pure cool white, perfect for my room but def not a warm white.We have ordered through this vendor on two occasions. The first time was about 6 months ago and for our living room area (by which the process was easy and the product was perfect). However this review will be mainly regarding our second purchase for our sitting room.The products came in quickly and in perfect condition. The vendor accommodated all of our requests and dimensions. And they even opened communication on the color choice of our curtains to ensure we wanted the specific color I had selected (which was actually more yellow than anticipated so I did end up following their recommendation for another color). Quality is excellent, it really looks elevated without going over the top on price. And the customer service was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again should we need more curtains.
