These curtains are well made and very pretty. I love them. They add a touch of color to the room. I like that I can close them easily if the sun becomes too warm.Love the look and feel of these curtains. My only problem is that I ordered 36 inch length and they actually measure 38 inches. I have to shorten all of them. Not a huge problem for me, as I sew, but it could be a deal breaker for some.They hang beautifully, block the light, and are silky.These look great in a basement rec room. The leaf pattern is lovely and the large grommets make them fit on any curtain rodVery pretty but works nice in kids room also.Okay, I really like these curtains. I actually found a color I wanted with the gray and some purple w/out some garish pattern...and they had shorter length. My bedroom window is only 40 inches long.What to know: It's room darkening to some extent. It's the grommets on top that allow all sorts of light in. I have room darkening blinds in my window and along with these curtains I see still see light at the top of window rod flowing in my room at night. Keeps me awake.Otherwise I like the pattern/color. There were a few bad creases from packaging that after over a week show no intentions of going away.... I'll try washing them. If that doesn't work, I have a steamer. (edit: after a month or so hanging, the creases disappeared)Basically, was worth the price. They feel thick/soft and are white on the backside if you need that . Not room darkening so much if you don't have blinds behind them or you don't have enough panels. They are not advertised at black out but room darkening is iffy unless you add another set of panels so they are not spread out too far. I'm thrilled as far as color/pattern. (edit: I got another set to go with what I have. Now, it's room darkening on a 48" wide window. (it looks better)I've found that grommet style does not work for me so eventually I'll get something with the back tab and resell these nice curtains. Such a bummer. I'm not about to hang these over a foot higher then my window space like some ppl do. Not my thing.I'd suggest getting 2 x's what you think you need for a tighter gather and it looks more elegant and more room darkening effect.Nice design and patterns that blend with my room really nicely. Very soft materials and definitely good value for the money. Highly recommend.I'm pleased with the appearance of these curtains. The background is a very light gray, which wasn't clear based on the pictures. I wouldn't call these room darkening. As you can see by the photo taken on a cloudy late afternoon in winter, a good amount of light is coming through.
